A few weeks ago I cut up my Nest layer cake. This weekend I finally finished the quilt and I LOVE it! I made wonky 9 patch blocks sashed with KONA snow. The blocks felt tedious and I don't think I would make them again. Although I like the result so we'll see what happens!
This was a perfect quilt to use a layer cake. It turns out pretty big, 67 inch square, great for snuggling on the couch! I used a brown polka dot back and a solid bright green binding. I love it!
